He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy C. Minton and Exa Emma Ramey; and his brother Ronnie K. Minton. He is survived by: his wife Anne H. Minton; his daughter Meredith Minton Harvill; his sisters, Doris, Sylvia and Leeta; his son-in-law James C. Harvill III; his grandsons, Garrett Butler, Jaxon Harvill and Sam Harvill; his great grandchild Lochlan Butler; and his pet Milo.
