With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Franklin Layton of Harpersville, Alabama, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Layton and Catherine Layton. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Layton; and his brother Tommy Layton (Cheryl Layton).
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Peoples Chapel Funeral Home (195 Brooklane Dr, Bessemer, AL 35023). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to help cover burial expenses.
