He is survived by: his wife Sharon Riggs; his sons, Chris Riggs (Betty Jo) and Randy Riggs (Theresa Freeman); his sisters, Nancy Bruington (Steve) and Robin Morin (Jon Clark); his grandchildren, Andrew Riggs, Austin Riggs, Alex Riggs, Blaise Riggs, Cory Kee and Luke Kee; and his great grandchild Mattie Kee.
