He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Smith (Turner); his children, Stacy Owens, Tony Mikeal (Conni), Brandon Smith (Monica), Jeffrey Smith, Ronnie Smith (Katelynn) and James Smith; and his brothers, Rickey Smith and Gary Smith. He is also survived by 6 granddaughters and 6 grandsons.
