He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmo Shine Harper and Ruby Connell; his children, Toni Harper-Jenkins (Greg) and Shane Harper; his stepsons, William Tyler and Jeremy Jones; his grandchildren, Jake Harper, Shine Harper, Raven Gilliland (Taylor Johnson) and Garrett Brown; his great grandchild Nellie-Kate Johnson; and his brothers, Gary Harper and Ricky Harper.
