He is survived by: his sons, Steve McAnnally (Renee) and Phillip McAnnally; his grandchildren, Lauren Salzi (Onur) and Rebecca McAnnally; and his great grandchildren, Logan Salzi, Regina Smith and Dylana Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
