He was predeceased by: his father Odell Graves; his stepmother Ellouise Robinson Graves; his brothers, Odell, Jr. and Reginal Graves; and his mother-in-law Sylvia Haley.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy H. Graves; his children, Jonathan Graves (Jamie) of Hanceville and Monique Graves of Colony; his sister Mary Chiles of Birmingham; his nephew Caesar Chiles, Jr. (Syreeta) of Augusta; and his nieces, LaTonya Chiles of Birmingham, Marion Graves of Indianapolis and Mariyah Graves of California. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 great nieces and one great nephew; and a host of other relatives and friends.
