She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edwin Shugart (Ed) and Annie Sullins Shugart; her husband Bobby Gene Irons; her sister JoAnn Couey; and her friends, Anna Intraboona Quick and Jean Howse.
She is survived by: her daughter Annette Parker (Stephen); her sisters, Gail Quick (Dillard) and Mitzi Black (Ray); and her nieces and nephews, Joey Couey, Dillard Ray Quick (Wendy), Joyce Robinson, Tonya Godbee (Jonathan), Mitchell Black (Amy) and Michael Black (Ashley).
