He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Hayes; his daughter Bridget Kent (Amber); his granddaughters, Chloe Barbee and Callie Glasscock (Jase); his mother-in-law Wanda Butler; his siblings-in-law, Amber Butler, Hannah Knight and Jerry Nickens (Wendy); his cousin Leesha Fischer (Shannon); his nieces-in-law, Miranda Nickens and Lana Pigg; his nephew-in-law Hayden Pigg; and his close friends, Melvin Thompson and David Adams.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hanceville Funeral Home (100 Michelle St NW, Hanceville, AL 35077). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Mountain Grove Congregational Christian Church (1636 Co Rd 573, Hanceville, AL 35077).
