She is survived by: her husband James H. Jacobs; her children, Diane Meyer (Walter), Joyce Michelle Moore (Jerry), Melanie Collier (Lee), Allison Jacobs and Wes Jacobs; her niece Peggy Martin; and her grandchildren, Kenneth Stewart (Leigh-Ann), Tina Campbell, Leah Duke (Ronny), Ian Minor, Chelsea Moore, MaKayla Moore, Patricia Autrey, Joey Collier (Jamie), Jonathan Collier (Heather), Jennifer Hastings, Ivan Gamez, Christopher Gamez, Susan Jacobs, Tristin Jacobs, Jaydon Jacobs and Jesse Jacobs. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
