He was predeceased by: his father Oliver Duke; his wife Patricia Duke; and his brother Joseph Duke. He is survived by: his mother Mary Duke; his children, Anthony Duke (Meagan), Adam Duke (Hannah) and Amanda Welton (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Ella Duke, Emmy Kate Duke, Alyssa Duke, Millie Duke, Colton James Buckelew (Angel Wren), Karson Lain Buckelew and Harvey Duke; and his brothers, Keith Duke (Nina) and Edwin Duke (Gina).
