He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Hays; his children, Patricia Wise (Ray) and Anthony Hays; his grandchildren, Erin Wise and Benjamin Wise; and his siblings, Lou Dingler, Mary Ann Hall and Robert Hays. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
