He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Harma Brown and Gertrude Williamson Brown; his wife Nell Brown (Schmidt); his daughter Gail Kretzschmar (Brown); and his brothers, Earl, Roger and Larry Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Dianne Cornelius (Jim), Raymond Brown (Judy) and Randy Brown (Lynn); and his siblings, Kenneth Brown (Linda), Colleen Combs, Ann Franks, Faye Asmus and Linda Smith (Phillip).
