She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter M. Davis and Ora Davis (Johnson); and her husband Fred Ballard. She is survived by: her children, Steve Ballard (Debbie), Randy Ballard, Debbie Nation (Randy) and Michael Ballard; her grandchildren, Renee Lollar, Rebecca Ballard and Andrew Nation (Tasia); her great grandchildren, Jolene Lollar and Rosalie Nation; and her sister Faye Stamey (Clarence). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
