It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emily Josephine Pruett of Hanceville, Alabama, who passed away on February 22, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Glasscock and Melvell Glasscock; her sister Betty Glasscock Taylor; and her daughter Kelley Pruett Robinson. She is survived by: her sister Becky Glasscock Bonham of Prattville, AL; her former husband Bob Pruett (Marcia) of Beaufort, NC; her children, Suzy Pruett Metts (Richard) of Hayden, AL and Scott Michael Pruett (Heather) of Hangzhou, China; her son-in-law Jode Robinson of Augusta, Georgia; and her grandchildren, Scott Sutherland (Natalie) of Jacksonville, FL, Jeremy Matlock (Anna) of Siargao, Philippines, Cheree Hopp (Kevin) of Saint Petersburg, FL, Kellye Copri (Carlos) of Oldsmar, FL, Bekah Metts Braden (Drew) of Hayden, AL, Josh Metts (Lizi) of Nashville, TN, Marlowe Pruett (Hangzhou), Flora, Gavin, Linden, Ian, Misha, Emily, Leza, Nico, Hunter and Katie Robinson of Augusta. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
