He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Clark; his parents, Alec Clark and Susie Clark; and his sisters, Betty Lott, Mary Clark, Ruth Smith and Hazel Bush.
He is survived by: his son Allen Clark (Sherry); his grandchildren, Daniel Hayes (Angela), Samuel Clark (Destany), Penny Shook (Dylan) and Noah Clark (Savannah); his great grandchildren, Hazel Hayes, Weston Hayes, Isabella Clark, Mayleigh Clark, Mason Casimiro, Angel Casimiro and Emilio Casimiro; and his siblings, James Clark (Betty), Henry Clark (Peggy) and Myrlie Davis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
