He was predeceased by: his father David M. Acuff; his uncle John L. "Bo" Fields; and his grandmothers, Mary Ellen Acuff and Patricia Fields. He is survived by: his mother Lisa Fields-Acuff (Terry Cook); his children, Mesha R. Acuff and Isaiah C. Acuff; his siblings, Anthony J. Acuff and Sonya Acuff; his fiancée Bridgette Drinkard; his fiancée's children, MacKenzie and Serenity McIntosh; his uncles, Rusty Fields and Michael Fields; his aunt Theresa Fields-Crosby (Chris); his nieces, Ansley Acuff and Sofia Acuff; and his pets, Charlotte and Riley. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
