She is survived by: her children, Haley Horn (Chris), Alex Jacobs (Lynnsie) and Katie Jacobs (Hunter Nelson); her grandchildren, Ella Horn, Lenly Nelson, Jaxson Jacobs, Karrigan Jacobs, Olivia Horn, Beckett Jacobs and Lainey Nelson; her niece Madison Norman; her nephew Sam Norman; and her sister-in-law Karen Norman. She is also survived by cousins, aunts and uncles.
