He was predeceased by: his parents, William Nobinger-Rucks and Molly Nobinger-Rucks; his wife Shirley Faye Lockard-Rucks; his siblings, Murl Rucks, Louise Whitt (Bill), Lorene Bachmuth (Joe), Faye Rucks and W. C. Rucks; and his brother-in-law Harold Harris.
He is survived by: his daughter Lacey Wilson (Douglas Clark); his grandson Jonathan Taylor Wilson; his sister Fifa Jo Harris; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Lockard-Goldsmith (John) and Melba Rucks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
