Thomas Yates Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2021, at the age of 93, Thomas Yates (Hampton Cove, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Yates and Carrie Yates; his former wife Bitty; and his siblings, Boyd Yates, Jr., James Yates (Sonny) and Rosalind Clack.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Johnson; his siblings, Donald Yates and Alice Eyler; his sons, Doug Yates (Dottie), John Yates (Peggy), David Yates and Glen Yates (Cindy); and his great grandchildren, Andrew, Chris, Cade, Dovie, Lauren, Michael, Steven, Emily, Corbin, Jackson and Margaret. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
