She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Holmes and Leroy Sims; her husband Tom Tate; her sons, Thomas, Phil and Tony; and her son-in-law Greg.
She is survived by: her children, Rita, Sandy, Brenda, David and Ronald. She is also survived by 2 step-sons, 2 step-daughters, a host of Grandchildren, great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, and many nephews and nieces.
