She was predeceased by: her husband James Carlton Brackin; her parents, Walter Crisler and Dottie Lee Lansdell Crisler; and her son-in-law Michael James Thurber. She is survived by: her daughters, Sheri "Nia" Thurber, Terri Cowan (Keith) and Joni Atkins (Darin). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
