He is survived by: his mother Joan Smith Bean (Jack); his children, Kisa Kissel Maddox and Ky Andon Hays; his grandchildren, Marissa Michelle Maddox and Johnathan David Maddox; his sister Joni Lynn Hays; his uncle Bonny R. Smith (Mary Mell); and his close friend Tish Stevens. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, many loving friends.
