He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellie Lee Frye and Mary White Frye; his son Chuck Tice; and his brother Pete Frye. He is survived by: his wife Janet McCarley Frye; his children, Roman Frye and Brandi Frye Hamilton (Orie); his daughter-in-law Patsy Frye; his grandchildren, Ryan Frye (Sam), Amber Shea (Sam), Courtney Baccus (Jordan), Anna and Abigail Hamilton; and his brother Billy Wayne Frye (Carolyn). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
