He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Wisecarver and Lillian Josie Kirk Wisecarver; his wife Rudella Williams Wisecarver; his brother Johnnie Wisecarver; his son-in-law Eddie Gatlin; and his siblings-in-law, Audrey Byrd (Gene), Letha Burrow, JoAnn Williams, Evelyn Wisecarver, Lowell Williams (Cassie), Dewayne Rye, Joseph Owsley and Karl Evers.
He is survived by: his children, Regenia Wisecarver and Tommy Slab Wisecarver Jr. (Kris); his grandchildren, Lacey Frederick (Bryan) and Layton Wisecarver; his great grandchildren, Jake Frederick and Katie Frederick; his sister Bettie Joe Evers; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Sullins (Wade), Julia Mae Owsley, Helen Robertson (Johnny), Wayne Williams (Virginia), Johnny Burrow and Vecil Williams (Jane). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
