She was predeceased by: her parents, John Elgar Skinner and Hester Viola Skinner of Hamilton, AL; her husband Fray E. Tice of Hamilton, AL; and her siblings, Jewel Cochran of Hamilton, AL and John L. Skinner of Hamilton, AL..
She is survived by: her children, Greg F. Tice (Teresa Tice) and Vicki Tice Freeman (Thomas Freeman); and her siblings, Jean Baily (Patsy Palmer) and Ricky Skinner (Grace Skinner) of Hamilton, AL.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great- grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests a donation in her memory to her favorite charity, St Jude's Children Hospital.
