He was predeceased by: his brother Larry Galloway. He is survived by: his wife Eunie "Vickie" Vee Franks; his children, Ray Franks (Valorie) and Teresa Wilson (Rock); his grandchildren, Rob Franks, Drew Franks (Samantha) and Keyla Parker Piechocki (Scott); his great grandchildren, Olivia Franks, AJ Franks, Ada Franks, Samuel Piechocki and Daniel Piechocki; and his sister Deloris Thompson (Henry).
