She was predeceased by: her parents, Claudie Shelton and Effie Mae Smith Duncan; and her brothers, John Duncan, Claudie Duncan Jr. and Elmer Stoney Duncan.

She is survived by: her sisters, Lurlene Avery of Hamilton, AL, Lou Nell Guyton of Crews, AL and Frances Mae Cantrell of Hamilton, AL. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
