He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Gatlin and Edna Claxton Gatlin; and his sister Linda Handley. He is survived by: his wife Regenia Wisecarver; his brother-in-law Tommy Wisecarver (Kris); his father-in-law Tommy Wisecarver Sr.; his niece Lacey Frederick (Bryan); his nephew Layton Wisecarver; and his great-nephew Jake Frederick. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
