She is survived by: her daughters, Rose Hall, Melissa Terrell and Dana Rye (Darryl); her grandchildren, Bryan Cook, Kyle Jones, Sam Cook, LeAnn Rye, Haley Purser and Payton Purser; her great grandchildren, Parker Cook, Logan Cook, Kyran Jones, Ellie Jones and Kullen Dudley; her siblings, Doug Kurasaka (Janice), Dwight Kurasaka, Dwayne Kurasaka (Joan) and Jan Moyer (Sam); and her caregivers, Lois Harper, Alex Kelly and Mary Hubbert. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
