We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2022, at the age of 86, Audrey A. Williams Byrd (Hamilton, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leonard Williams and Maud Nix Williams; her husband Gene Byrd; her son Dennis Byrd; her grandsons, John Franks and Samuel Byrd; her daughters-in-law, Carolyn Byrd and Judy Byrd; her siblings, Rudella Wisecarver, Letha Burrow and Lowel Williams; her son-in-law Dennis Stidham; her sister-in-law Jo Ann Williams; her children, Eddie Byrd (June), Teresa Harris (Roland), Grace Skinner (Rickey), Carol Winsett (Tim), Justin Byrd Linda (Eme) and Helen Robertson Mae Owsley (Johnny); her brothers, Wayne Williams and Vecil Williams (Jane); her close friend Louise Pickle; and her brothers-in-law, Johnny Burrow and Tommy Wisecarver Sr.. She was also cherished by seventeen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests a donation in her memory to Smyrna Cemetery Fund and Hospice of Northwest Alabama.
