He is survived by: his children, Judy Stott (Steve) and Phillip Elkins (Sherry); his siblings, Shirley Johnson and John Elkins; his grandchildren, Magan Green, Maridy Sherrill and Hillary Elkins; his great grandchild Macy Green; his stepgrandchildren, Taelor Kruger, Crystal Knight and Corey Beam; and his grandchildren, Chris Elkins and April Elkins.
