She was predeceased by: her parents, Clint Lawler and Carrie Lawler; her grandsons, Matthew Finley and Bailey Berlin; and her siblings, Pete Lawler, Fannie Ellen Brumley (Freeman), Ophelia Skinner (Colen), Georgia McCleskey (Duren), Martella Penton (Van), Leatrice Ramsey (Ed), Marley Vickery (Oscar), Jean Jones (Casey), Faye Brumley (Jerrel) and Peggy Palmer (Clyde).
She is survived by: her husband Larry K. Yancey; her daughters, Tammy Renee Sherrill (Wade) of Phil Campbell, Terri Kay Finley (Mark) of Haleyville and Janet Bennett (Keith) of Boaz; her sisters, Maron Frederick (Eugene) of Hodges and Judy Barksdale of Hamilton; her grandchildren, Brad Bennett (Stephanie), Kyle Bennett (Lacy), Molly Finley (Chase), Maggie Finley Thomas (Kyle) and Grace Berlin White (Tom); and her great grandchildren, Bradyn, Sage, Casen Bennett, Lexie, Beau, Hadley Jane Bennett, Matthew Martin, Millie Kate Finley and White. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to Harvest of Hope Ministries at First Baptist Church in Haleyville.
