She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude McAdams and Elizabeth McAdams; her husband John W. Young; and her siblings, Belton McAdams, Aubry McAdams, Pauline McAdams Pennington, Emily McAdams Conner and Claudine McAdams Spurlock.
She is survived by: her children, John W. Young, Jr. and Emily Y. Fleming. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 71/2 great grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
