She was predeceased by: her parents, Dalton West and Anthia West; her husband Robert Dykes; her son Phillip Pruitt; her grandson Tim Pruitt; and her siblings, Otho West, Verda Vick and Don West.
She is survived by: her son Mike Pruitt; her grandchildren, Mark Pruitt, Kim Hulsey, Kasey Pruitt and Kyle Pruitt; her great grandchildren, LaDecka Pruitt and Alex Hulsey; and her great great grandchildren, Gabe Pruitt, Adalee Pruitt, Sawyer Hulsey and Ellie Kate Hulsey.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pinkard Funeral Home (1308 21st St, Haleyville, AL 35565). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
