He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lambert and Celoa Lambert; his brother Odis Lambert; and his nephews, Shane Lambert and Ricky Lambert.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Lambert; his son Michael Lambert (Susan); his sisters, Annell and Vernell Hulsey; his grandchildren, Lisa Lee Lambert and Sarina Jo Lambert; and his nieces and nephews, Teresa Burleson, Patricia Godsey, Tommy Burleson and Alan Lambert.
