He was predeceased by: his parents, E. T. Stovall and Mary Magdalene Stovall; his wife Nancy Cox Stovall; and his sister Mary Ann Tippett. He is survived by: his children, Thomas "Tommy" Franklin Stovall, Jr. (Connie Ritchie), Robert "Bobby" William Stovall (Dixie), Susan Leigh Stovall Huddleston and Steven A. Stovall (Letitia); his grandchildren, Robert "Heath" Stovall (Gina) and Liana Ingle; and his great grandchildren, Isaac Stovall and Kaden Stovall.
