He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ethoda Blanton Elliott and Garvie Talmadge Elliott; his wife Frances Fannin Elliott; his children, Tara Wallace (Ryan), Renee Elliott Uhlman (Van) and Talmadge "Tal" Walker Elliott; his grandchildren, Hannah Echols Ray (Tyler), Chelsey, Tyler Wallace, Chloe and Trevor Jordan; his great grandchild Emily Danielle Wallace; his sister Betty Elliott Carpenter (John); and his former wife Frances Walker Elliott. He was also cherished by cousins, aunts and uncles, and friends.
