She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Mansell and Lela Mansell; her husband Harrol Hammack; her son Dr. Steve Hammack; her grandson Jason Hammack; and her siblings, Jack Mansell and Mary Lee Webb.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Fretwell (Jimmy) and Susan DeArman (Cam); her daughter-in-law Marcia Hammack; her grandchildren, Mitch Moore (Brandi), Laura Bozovic (Slaven), Cameron and Ashlyn DeArman; her great grandchildren, Karlie, Kara Moore and Mila Bozovic; and her brother Barry Mansell (Mickey).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Calvary Baptist Church building fund or the American Heart Association.
