She was predeceased by: her parents, Talmadge Nix and Emma Dunn Nix. She is survived by: her sisters, Faye Hanson, Gladys Brock and Helen Brown; her husband Dwain Stricklin; her children, Kent Stricklin, Tina Gravitt, Michael Stricklin and Niki Stricklin; her sister Rachel Daffron; her grandchildren, Levi Gravitt, Christopher Gravitt, Madison Aderholt (Brandon Aderholt), Chelsey Hodge and Taylor Hodge; her great grandchildren, Keller Aderholt, Holden Aderholt and Harley Hodge; and her close friend Donna Jo Jackson. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
