She was predeceased by: her parents, Wickliffe Thomas and Ruby Lucille Thomas; her sons, Prentiss Barnes and Shannon Heatherly; and her siblings, Faye McDaniel, Brenda Lange, Debra Johnson, Junior Allen and Charles Thomas.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Heatherly; her children, Sherry Elkins (Phillip), Tonya Heatherly, Brenda Williams (Brian), Micha Ouellette (Rosie) and Dexter Heatherly; her sister Kay Bryant; and her grandchildren, Taelor Barnes, Crystal Knight, Corey Beam, Calib Ouellette, Autumn Ouellette, Prentiss Ouellette, Morgan Ouellette, Kolby Hood, Sydney Heatherly, Chandler Heatherly, Candice Heatherly, Jaden Heatherly, Jason Davis, Zachary Davis, Michael Davis, Hilary Elkins and Austin Williams. She is also survived by great grandchildren, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pinkard Funeral Home (1308 21st St, Haleyville, AL 35565). A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
