He is survived by: his wife Eloise Kelley Payne; his sons, Jim Woodard of Haleyville, AL., Keith Woodard (Kelly) of Haleyville, AL. and Robert Payne (Barbara) of Dallas, GA.; and his siblings, Margie Gossnell of Crawfordsville, Rosie Chatman (Dennis) of Vacaville, Joseph B. Payne (Judy) of Rockford and Denny Payne of Montana. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
