He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Presley and Pearl Mae Flippo; and his brothers, Howard Wayne, David Ronald and Bobby Ray Flippo.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Flippo; his children, Steven Lee Flippo (Ashley) and Lisa Hill (Chris); his brother Allen Flippo (Renee); his grandchildren, Noah Owens, Zachary Clapper, Ethan Stidham, Lizzie Flippo, Eli FLippo and Levi Flippo; and his great grandchild Gracelyn Owens.
