He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Pope and Bessie Brewer Pope; his brothers, Clyde Pope and Travis Pope; and his siblings-in-law, Bud Daniels, Preston Rotenberry and Virginia Pope.
He is survived by: his wife Diane White Pope; his children, Theresa Harris (Dalton), Wayne Pope and David Pope (Nikki); his grandchildren, Hallie Harris, Allie Harris, Austin Pope, Natalie Pope and Kyler Pope; and his siblings, Ella Mae Daniels, Mary Burt (Wayne), Jenny Rotenberry, Lillie Ann Nester (Bill) and Thomas Pope. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
