He is survived by: his mother Avalena Kelley; his siblings, Brenda Hulsey (Danny Ray), Patricia Kelley, Janet Lay (Ray), Dale Kelley (Debbie) and Lisa Kelley; his nieces and nephews, Frankie Kelley, Dewayne Kois, Buffy Kelley, Tiffany Hamby, Shannon Hulsey, Candie Kelley, Austin Holloway and Cortney Ingle; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alex Tackitt, MaKayla Thrasher, Rian Paige Raper, Jayleigh Beth Raper, Lance Hamby and Colby Hamby.
