She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Homer Evans (Alice), Thelma Hart (Harry) and Philip Davis (Liz); and her grandson Christopher Crews. She is survived by: her parents, Paul Davis and Linda Davis (Evans); her daughters, Lindsay Jane Phillips and Vivian Crews (Zach); her grandchildren, Hayden, Shannon, Avery, Zebhirah, Benjamin and Dakota; and her siblings, David Davis (Judy), Dale Davis (Carol), Rhonda Watkins (Charley), Paula Kearns (Ted) and Diane Horn. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
