He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hawkins Kelly; his children, Angula Sherre Thomas and Teddy Lee Kelly; his siblings, Royce Kelly, Roger Kelly, Joyce Marcum, Catherine Laughlin and Rita Elkins; and his grandchildren, Eric Wayne Thomas, Tiffany Thomas, Hayden Parker Kelly, Cole Rylan Kelly, Ainsley Willow Kelly and Adiline Grey Kelly.
