It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Cloe Edwards of Haleyville, Alabama, who passed away on March 1, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Newman Edwards and Flora Lee Edwards; his son Ralph Edwards, Jr.; his brother James Ray Edwards; his sister-in-law Louise Edwards; and his parents-in-law, Tracie and Beulah Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Opal Edwards; his children, Tina Batchelor (Craig) and Isaac Bishop; his siblings, Tom Edwards (Martha) and Ruth Deaton (Don); his grandchildren, Heath Batchelor, Adam Edwards, Drew Batchelor and Jessica Edwards; his great grandchildren, Hawke, Remi and Tucker Lee; and also, Sammy Lee, Tracie Lee and Bird Aldridge. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
