He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruben Brown and Clara Brown; and his siblings, Ruth Isom, Grace Arthur, Martha Henson, John Fike and Hardy Fike.
He is survived by: his wife Alice McKinney Brown; his children, Kathy Welborn (Steve) and Hugh Brown (Pam); his grandchildren, Josh Welborn (Sarah), Jay Welborn (Misty), Abby Huff (Kyle) and Emily Brown; and his great grandchildren, Cody Cagle, Kali Welborn and Sally Welborn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
