She is survived by: her husband O'Neal Adair; her children, Christopher Adair (Zena), Laura Manasco (Seth) and Alishia Adair; her siblings, Danny Cook (Stella), Randel Cook, Edwin Cook and Celena Watson; and her grandchildren, Haylee, Mia and Neela Adair. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
